The training camp in Tysivka, Lviv region, is aimed at preparing for the International Junior, Youth and Women Boxing Competition, which will take place in Gliwice, Poland, on 1 September.
“At the moment, the national team athletes are still arriving at the training camp in Tysivka, and Khrystyna Yushchuk has already started training. We are working on fighting, technical and tactical skills as well as working in pairs.” - Vitalii Volovyk, Khrystyna’s coach noted.
The boxers' physical endurance training is also receiving a lot of attention.
“We are confident that the Ukrainian champion Khrystyna Yushchuk will perform with dignity at the international competitions in Poland and we will do our best to help her by organizing training camps, as we are currently doing in Tysivka,” - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.

The camp took place at the Olympic Training Center in Koncha-Zaspa, where Anna Koloturska, Hanna Okhota and Maryna Shevchenko trained as part of Ukraine’s National Youth and Elite Boxing Teams. The SMK-SPORT boxers will now travel to Poland to compete in the Silesian Boxing Cup International Tournament. We’re cheering for our girls!
