About the Foundation
The philanthropic organization was founded on July 30, 2020 by a businessman Denys Paramonov. Since its establishment, the Foundation has implemented about 100 projects and programs in historical, cultural, scientific, educational, healthcare, human rights, social, and sports spheres.
Denys Yusupovych Paramonov, the founder of the charity foundation, is a Ukrainian businessman, the owner of the SMK Group of companies.

FLAGSHIP PROGRAMMES

Support of healthcare institutions of Ukraine. Through campaigns and partnerships with international organizations, more than 750 hospitals in 21 regions of Ukraine were provided with expensive modern equipment: in Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Khmelnytskyi, Poltava, Lviv, Sumy, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Kirovohrad, Odesa, Ternopil, Volyn and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. The equipment provided has significantly improved the quality of medical services in hospitals and the work of doctors who are currently working at the limit of their capabilities. In 2024, the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation ranked among the Top 5 charitable organizations in Ukraine providing essential support to hospitals. Together with SMK Group, the Foundation donated advanced medical equipment, including a video gastroscope and video bronchoscope worth UAH 5 million, as well as an ultrasound system valued at over 2 million UAH to the Heart Institute. In addition, ventilators valued at 750,000 UAH each were provided to the Voloshyn Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology and the Hryhoriev Institute for Medical Radiology and Oncology.

Children's sports. Are fully funded of the Foundation, SMK-SPORT boxing clubs are open in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, the village of Schaslyve and Sumy. Training for children is free of charge. Club members regularly win prizes at various competitions throughout the country. Hanna Okhota, a boxer from the SMK-SPORT club, won silver at the International A-Class Boxing Tournament «Strandja» 2026, held in Sofia, Bulgaria.
The Foundation also runs a rowing school in Bila Tserkva, where children can practice their favourite sport for free. In addition, the Foundation regularly supports various sections and sports schools by providing sports equipment and supplies. In 2025, FC NIKA SMK, whose president is philanthropist Denys Paramonov, became the champion of the Kharkiv Region Football Championship. Andrii Shevchenko, President of the Ukrainian Association of Football, awarded Denys Paramonov with a Certificate of Honor in recognition of his significant personal contribution to the development and promotion of football in the Kharkivregion.

The CULTURAL_CODE program is one of the priority projects of the Foundation. It is aimed at preserving the historical and cultural heritage. As a part of it, the building of the Skovoroda National Literary and Memorial Museum was restored and the book "Following Skovoroda Path" dedicated to the life of the outstanding Ukrainian philosopher, authored by Kharkiv local historian Andrii Paramonov, was published. The programme was also a source of support for the publication of books: "Kvitka-Osnovianenko: From Osnova to Kharkiv" about the outstanding Ukrainian playwright; "Skovoroda in the City of Wisdom Zacharpolis"; "Sloboda Artworks. Novels of Old Slobozhanshchyna" and "Selected Works" of Tajik Writer Sadriddin Aini. With the support of the Foundation, several books were published, including the photo album «Kharkiv Region» by H. Mykhailov and V. Bysov, as well as «Kyiv: Past and Present» by H. Mykhailov, V. Bysov, S. Hrabar, and V. Shulha. The
total print run of books published by the Foundation exceeds 5,000 copies. These editions were distributed free of charge to libraries across Ukraine and around the world. The Foundation also fully reconstructed the Palace of Culture in the village of Shchaslyve, which now hosts official celebrations and community events dedicated to various holidays. With the Foundation’s support, the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Mykola Lysenko presented several unique premieres, including the innovative opera-cabaret «THSH. The Journey Through Time». The Foundation is also a permanent sponsor of the theatre’s seasons.

The leadership of the Primary Trade Union Organization of the Administration of the Nemyshlianskyi District of Kharkiv appealed to the Foundation with a request to assist in providing floral arrangements for the Day of Remembrance and Victory over Nazism in World War II events held in the district.

Children of prisoners from Mykolaiv took part in a donut-making workshop, co-organized by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation
Professional pastry chefs demonstrated the entire process—from kneading the dough to creatively decorating the donuts. After that, it was the children’s turn, and they eagerly absorbed the culinary experience.

At the request of the management of the Voloshyn Institute of Neurology, Psychiatry and Narcology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the Foundation supplied the facility with a modern patient monitor. This equipment allows medical staff to fully track a patient’s condition in the postoperative period. Respiratory rate and depth, pulse, and other vital signs are displayed on the monitor, enabling 24/7 observation without the need for additional personnel.

The kids experienced a lot of positive emotions while spending time with the animals. Besides, they had the opportunity to ride horses — something most of them had never done before. In addition, the young visitors were able to feed these noble animals.
