Together with its partners, the Foundation provided hospitals in Sumy and Chernihiv regions with everything they needed, where there is currently a great demand for medical consumables and various types of equipment. The Foundation also organized a series of first aid courses at Trolleybus Depot №3 in Kharkiv. During the training, participants learned how to provide effective first aid before an ambulance arrives: how to properly apply a medical tourniquet, stop massive bleeding, and respond when an injured person has a fractured limb. In addition, during the summer season, specialists from the EAST Tactical Medical Center teach participants how to save a person from drowning.

According to the enterprise’s director, Oleh Boldyriev, it would have been difficult for them to organize first aid training on their own. Therefore, the depot’s management and employees are grateful to the Foundation for this initiative, which helps save lives.

Once again, instructors from the EAST Tactical Medical Center are teaching transport workers how to respond in critical situations when a person suddenly feels unwell or suffers serious injuries or trauma.
Ours
Experienced specialists from the EAST Tactical Medical Center have already trained dozens of the company’s employees, and this work continues. Unfortunately, not everyone today understands how to properly apply a tourniquet after an injury, which is why special attention is paid to this aspect during the courses. The ability to stop massive bleeding is also an extremely valuable skill in today’s circumstances.
Ours
For the third time, employees of Trolleybus Depot №3 in Kharkiv have been learning how to help injured people before medical professionals arrive.

This time, nearly 350 new shrubs and trees have appeared in one of the central parks of Lozova in the Kharkiv region.
