Denys Paramonov Foundation contributes to creation and unveiling of memorial plaque honouring fallen rescuers
A memorial plaque was recently unveiled in Kharkiv in memory of the fallen rescuers of the 6th State Fire and Rescue Unit, Serhii Baidalinov, Volodymyr Matyushenko and Vladyslav Lohinov.
They were tragically killed last April while performing a combat mission.
"It is difficult to overestimate the heroism of the rescuers, because it is thanks to them that Ukrainians can sleep peacefully. Our Foundation and its founder, philanthropist Denys Paramonov, were directly involved in the creation of the plaque. In addition, the families of the fallen rescuers were posthumously awarded Class III Orders for Courage in their names. The memory of the heroes will remain in our hearts forever," - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.
