Recently, the Denys Paramonov Foundation was approached by the leadership of the public organization 'Federation of Kyokushin Karate and Hand-to-Hand Fighting'.
The request was to organize a trip for children-athletes from the Katana Sports Club in the village of Nova Kaluha, Kherson Region, to the GLORY CUP-2025 All-Ukrainian Kyokushinkai Karate Tournament.
"These competitions were held in the heroic city of Bucha in Kyiv region and we did not hesitate to provide comprehensive support to the Katana Sports Club so that its students could perform well at the tournament. The tournament in Bucha brought together more than 800 athletes from 12 regions of Ukraine. Children from the Katana club won two gold, four silver and seven bronze medals. Congratulations to the young athletes for such a great result!" - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.
By the way, the Katana club is only a year old and initially 27 children trained there. Now there are 40 of them and the club is planning to expand.
In turn, the Denys Paramonov Foundation continues to support children's sports in the country.
