More than 100 libraries in Ukraine receive new books thanks to Denys Paramonov Foundation
The Denys Paramonov Foundation continues its programme '100 Books for 100 Libraries of Ukraine'. This time, more than one hundred libraries from almost all regions of Ukraine will receive a copy of the book 'Skovoroda in the City of Wisdom Zacharpolis', published on the initiative of the Foundation. The book describes how the famous Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda lived and worked in Kharkiv in the 18th century. For many connoisseurs of Hryhorii Savych's work, this book will reveal a lot about the philosopher.
"Today, many libraries have either lost a significant part of their stock due to the events in the country, or simply do not have the opportunity to replenish it.At the request of library managers, we send them copies of books published on our initiative. This time, the libraries will be replenished with the book 'Skovoroda in the City of Wisdom Zacharpolis' - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.
