The Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation will strengthen its areas of work over the next two years
The approved strategy clearly outlines what will be done for the country’s development — the plans were presented at the first Charity Forum “Partnership for Life: Government, Community, Charity.”
Philanthropist Denys Paramonov emphasized that special attention will be given to healthcare. During this period, at least 100 hospitals will receive various types of equipment. The tactical medicine training courses launched by the Foundation in 2025 will be taken to a new level. From now on, 3,000 people each year will learn the basics of tactical medicine.
The issue of demining territories in Ukraine remains extremely urgent. The Foundation will contribute to addressing this problem by providing relevant services with modern equipment for detecting and clearing explosive devices. Support for residents of frontline communities will continue, along with organizing psychological relief activities for children. The Foundation will also begin issuing grants of $5,000–10,000 to support new businesses, creating jobs and strengthening the economy.
The sports direction will become even more active. Plans include opening a rowing school and the «SMK-SPORT» boxing club in Kharkiv. Another boxing club will also be opened in Bila Tserkva.
The Foundation plans to create a cultural and educational space in the historic area of Kadnytsia in the Kharkiv region. In the future, this project could become a tourist attraction for the region. Additionally, the Skovoroda Fountain will be installed in Bila Tserkva, enriching the city’s cultural landscape.

This is primarily needed to ensure that as many employees of the city’s various municipal enterprises as possible know the basics of providing first aid to people injured in critical situations.
