Children of prisoners of war from the Mykolaiv region took part in a shawarma-making masterclass, co-organized by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation
The kids fully mastered the technique of preparing this popular street food.
Experienced chefs only offered guidance on how to best cook the shawarma, while the children themselves mixed the signature sauce, chopped all the ingredients, grilled the meat, and wrapped the filling correctly.
During this culinary masterclass, a psychologist joined the kids and will now accompany the children at all events of the "People of the Future" project. Supported by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, this project was launched by the Regional Consultation Center in Mykolaiv.
