Thanks to the Foundation, a series of first-aid training sessions was held. Experienced specialists from the EAST Tactical Medical Center are teaching employees of Kharkiv’s housing and communal services system how to provide first aid so that, even before an ambulance arrives, they can apply a medical tourniquet to an injured person or stop massive bleeding.
In Bila Tserkva’s Pishchanyi district, the Skovoroda Fountain is already being installed. The sculpture was presented to the city by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, which, together with the SMK Group, is funding landscaping works in the park where the Fountain will be opened. The SMK Group has also opened a large shopping center in the Pishchanyi district, with extensive landscaping works also being carried out around it.
The Foundation organized celebrations for the Day of Shchaslyve village in the Kharkiv region, where local residents received delicious gifts for their festive tables, while children were entertained by animators. This year, Shchaslyve village celebrated the 94th anniversary of its founding.
Boxers from the SMK-SPORT Sumy club put in an impressive performance at the Ukrainian Boxing Championship among boys and girls. Arthur Kulikov won silver, while Maksym Zvada won bronze. Three SMK-SPORT female boxers — Hanna Okhota, Anna Koloturska and Maryna Shevchenko — took part in a training camp at the Olympic training base in Koncha-Zaspa. All SMK-SPORT clubs are fully funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.
The NIKA SMK football club played a series of matches in the Kharkiv Region Championship. The club, whose president is philanthropist Denys Paramonov, is currently among the top five teams, with one of the best attacks in the competition.
The Ukrainian Kayak and Canoe Championship among boys and girls also took place, with 20 athletes from the rowing school in Bila Tserkva putting in an outstanding performance. This sports institution was revived and is fully funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.
The Lokomotiv 1945 Kharkiv volleyball team won the tournament dedicated to Ukraine’s Independence Day. The team put in a strong performance, defeating its opponents. The club is sponsored by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.
A new theater season has begun at the Kharkiv Opera, which is sponsored by the Foundation. It opened with the National Skhid Opera Fest and the Gala Opera concert. Audiences can enjoy the best performances featuring representatives of all the leading theaters in Ukraine from Kyiv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kherson, Sumy, Mykolaiv and Dnipro. Certainly, representatives of Kharkiv theaters are also performing.

The new educational institution was officially opened by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov together with Tetiana Myronenko, Head of the Administration of the Nemyshlianskyi District. At the invitation of the city authorities, Iryna Litkevych, President of the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, attended the celebration at the school.
