A boxer from SMK-SPORT Club, sponsored by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, has completed training camp with the Ukrainian national team before the European Championship

Yuliia Stupakova will represent Ukraine in the youth and youth women’s categories at the continent’s top boxing competition, which will begin on September 28 in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

«During the training camp in Chernivtsi region, Yuliia worked through the entire program excellently to prepare for a strong performance at the European Championship. She is a trainee of SMK-SPORT Kharkiv, coached by the experienced trainer Ruslan Holovenko, who will also accompany her to the competition. We are keeping our fingers crossed for our athlete, as true champions are raised at SMK-SPORT», — in the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation noted.

The Foundation has been cooperating with SMK Group for a long time, including by providing regular medical check-ups for its employees. Recently, an employee working as a loader at the «Saltivskyi Meat Processing Plant» at a production site located in the city of Bohodukhiv was diagnosed with aortic valve stenosis with insufficiency. Doctors insisted that surgery was necessary. The Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation joined the treatment process. The aortic valve replacement surgery was personally performed by Borys Todurov, Director General of the Heart Institute.
