Denys Paramonov Foundation donates special radios to Kharkiv Region Emergency Medical Service
Today, the specialists of the Emergency Medical Service in the Kharkiv region are among the first to arrive at the sites of regular massive shelling of residential areas and other objects to save people. In such a situation, the medics urgently need walkie-talkies to coordinate their actions, as there is often no mobile phone coverage at the scene of a tragedy.
A well-known Kharkiv volunteer, Nataliia Popova, has launched a fundraising campaign to buy special radios for the Kharkiv Region Emergency Medical Service. The Denys Paramonov Foundation joined this noble mission.
“We have purchased 15 walkie-talkies for the Kharkiv Region Emergency Medical Service, which will help the specialists to do their rescuing operations quickly and efficiently, and will make their hard work much easier,as well” - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.
Each radio costs more than 15 thousand UAH, and almost 240 thousand UAH was spent on their purchase.
