Modern medical equipment has been delivered to St. Zinaida Children’s Clinical Hospital in Sumy thanks to the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation

Every year, nearly 7,000 young patients receive care at the hospital, with over 2,000 undergoing rehabilitation.

Doctors report that since February 24, 2022, the number of children with eye conditions has almost tripled, mainly due to declining visual acuity.

«That is why, at the request of the management of St. Zinaida Children’s Hospital in Sumy, we provided the medical facility with an automatic dioptometer and a retinoscope. This equipment will significantly help in the treatment of children with visual impairments and will also make the doctors’ work easier, as they operate under extremely difficult conditions and often with limited resources», — the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation emphasized.

This is primarily needed to ensure that as many employees of the city’s various municipal enterprises as possible know the basics of providing first aid to people injured in critical situations.
