FC NIKA SMK defeats principled rival in Kharkiv Region Football Championship
FC NIKA SMK, whose president is philanthropist Denys Paramonov, defeated Mayak Valky 1-0 in the regular round of the Kharkiv Region Football Championship.
It was a fundamental match between two irreconcilable rivals, in which the Bohodukhiv players prevailed.
The fact that the team is one of the top four in the Сhampionship speaks volumes about the strength of Mayak Valky.
The only goal of this match was scored in the first half, after which the two sides played as if on opposite courses, but FC NIKA SMK managed to keep their goal locked.
The victory lifted Bohodukhiv to second place in the standings. They have 40 points.
