SMK SPORT boxers win three gold medals at Poltava tournament

Children from the Bohodukhiv SMK SPORT boxing section, supported by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, took part in the Open Ring competition in Poltava. Богодухівське відділення секції "SMK SPORT", де тренером є В'ячеслав Гуденко, представляли одразу дев'ять боксерів. Їхніми суперниками були юні спортсмени з Харківщини та Полтавщини.

The Bohodukhiv branch of the SMK SPORT section, coached by Viacheslav Hudenko, was represented by nine boxers. Their rivals were young athletes from the Kharkiv and Poltava regions. In total, SMK SPORT boxers Vasyl Antonenko, Yehor Hrankin and Yaroslav Ainitdinov won three first places in the competition. Four other boxers took second place.

"Congratulations to the winners! Boxing today is perhaps the best way to distract children from all their problems. That is why we are developing free boxing sections where everyone can train. At the same time, young talents regularly win prizes at various competitions! Forward, only forward!" - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.

Boxers from the SMK-SPORT Club, fully funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, held a training camp ahead of important competitions

The camp took place at the Olympic Training Center in Koncha-Zaspa, where Anna Koloturska, Hanna Okhota and Maryna Shevchenko trained as part of Ukraine’s National Youth and Elite Boxing Teams. The SMK-SPORT boxers will now travel to Poland to compete in the Silesian Boxing Cup International Tournament. We’re cheering for our girls!
