In the spring and summer of 2022, the villages of Kolisnykivka, Novyi Lyman, Novostepanivka, Maksymivka and Oleksiivka in the Kupiansk district were occupied.

Some locals left for safer areas, but today they prefer not to remember those terrible times.

“After the de-occupation of their villages, people started to build a new life, many residents returned home,” - in the Foundation noted. “Today they are in urgent need of help, as they have to find a way to survive in the absence of sufficient jobs. We have not left them alone with their problems and took care of them”.

Nearly 200 of the most vulnerable residents of the villages of Kolisnykivka, Novyi Liman, Novostepanivka, Maksymivka and Oleksiivka received help.
