The second month of summer turned out to be incredibly rich in good deeds carried out by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.

As always, a significant amount of work was done in the medical field. One notable initiative was the preparation of the "Hippocrates" Children’s Center for the winter. This center provides rehabilitation for children with congenital disabilities, including cerebral palsy. Thanks to the Foundation, the installation of a heating system began there. Specialists are already mounting modern radiators to ensure that patients of the “Hippocrates” Center stay warm during the cold season.

There are also achievements in the field of sports. The Foundation became a sponsor of the “Halychanka” team, which competes in the Polish PGNiG Superliga Kobiet. In 2024, the handball players from Lviv became champions of the Liga Centralna. In July, five “Halychanka” players won the European Youth Championship held in Georgia. Currently, the main squad of “Halychanka” is training in the Ivano-Frankivsk region in preparation for a very intense upcoming season.

At the same time, boxers from the “SMK-SPORT” club won 16 gold and three bronze medals at various competitions held in Sumy, Odesa, and Balakliia. Female boxers from “SMK-SPORT” — Hanna Okhota and Khrystyna Yushchuk — have started their training camp in Koncha-Zaspa as part of preparations for future tournaments.

Track and field athlete Tetiana Chornovol from Bila Tserkva, supported by the Foundation, participated in the European Youth Championship in Norway. Thirteen young rowers from Bila Tserkva completed a training camp in Poland. All of them represent a rowing school supported by the Foundation. Moreover, the coaches of this school, Mykola Verkhovetskyi and Olena Skvortsova, became world champions in July as part of the Ukrainian national team during dragon boat competitions. Their students — young rowers from Bila Tserkva — won several medals at competitions in the Kyiv region.

The sports celebration continued with the football teams supported by the Foundation. For instance, FC “NIKA-SMK” secured two victories in the Kharkiv Regional Football Championship. The team, presided over by philanthropist Denys Paramonov, ranks among the top three leaders. Meanwhile, the youth football team “J.O.Y.”, also supported by the Foundation, won a tournament in the Odesa region.

Now on to cultural heritage preservation news. Thanks to the Foundation, the book “Muravskyi Way” was published. It tells the story of the legendary route that stretched from south to north Ukraine in the 16th–18th centuries. Part of the print run, at the Foundation’s initiative, will be donated to libraries across the country. Additionally, the Foundation helped organize a summer retreat for children from the Kharkiv-based “Tymur” theater — they enjoyed their vacation in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
