The first month of spring was very productive in terms of good deeds that the Denys Paramonov Foundation managed to do. Let us tell you about all these initiatives.
The Foundation visited 12 villages in the de-occupied territories of Kharkiv region. About 1,500 residents of these settlements received humanitarian aid from the Foundation.
In March, we were able to work very effectively to develop the medical sector. For instance, we fully equipped a dental office at the Ukrainian Medical Centre for Rehabilitation of Mother and Child of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine in Odesa. This was a request from the management of this medical institution. The latest equipment for the dental office was purchased thanks to the “Donate to Hospitals - Drive a Bentley” campaign, in which philanthropist Denys Paramonov donated a Bentley car to charity and helped raise more than 2.7 million UAH for hospitals.
In addition, we donated 18 walkie-talkies worth over 150 thousand UAH to the Odesa Region Emergency Medical Service. The donation was made from the funds of the “Big Heart” campaign organised by the Denys Paramonov Foundation and the SMK Group. By the way, anyone can join this noble cause by purchasing a charity sticker in SMK Group's stores: Kyivsky Meat Processing Plant, Saltivsky Meat Processing Plant, Bohodukhivsky Meat Processing Plant and Rulka. All funds raised within the “Big Heart” project will be used to purchase medical equipment for hospitals in Ukraine.
Productive cooperation with our partners allowed us to provide about 50 hospitals with medical equipment and consumables in March. These are medical institutions in Kherson, Dnipro, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, Cherkasy, Rivne, Chernihiv, Lviv and Kyiv regions. All of them received batches of shoe covers, medical caps, gowns, as well as vitamins and medicines.
Besides, the Denys Paramonov Foundation contributed to providing hospitals in Kyiv, Kharkiv and Donetsk regions with modern equipment worth 7.6 million UAH.
The Foundation has also been very active in supporting cultural and educational activities. For instance, the Foundation helped to renovate the reading room of the Korolenko Kharkiv State Scientific Library, which significantly improved the conditions for visiting the library.
Moreover, within the framework of the Foundation's campaign «100 Books for 100 Libraries of Ukraine», the libraries received a batch of copies of the publications, namely the books «Hryhorii Kvitka-Osnovianenko: from Osnova to Kharkiv», which tells about the outstanding Ukrainian playwright, and «Following Skovoroda Path. Slobidska Ukraine» about the prominent Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda. The libraries received Polish and English versions of the book about Skovoroda.
We also donated over 30,000 UAH worth of football equipment to the Kharkiv Professional Sports College. Children here play sports free of charge, so it is important to support such sections. Boxing equipment was donated to the Izium Children and Youth Sports School, where local children can also practice their favourite sport for free. Both sports facilities received the necessary equipment thanks to a charity New Year's Eve event organized by the Denys Paramonov Foundation in cooperation with the SMK Group.
In addition, we donated the first batch of boats to the children's rowing section in Bila Tserkva. This will enable them to start their training season on the water. The section is completely free for the children and operates under the auspices of the Denys Paramonov Foundation.

The aid included Japanese-made endoscopic equipment, a ventilator, injection solutions, medications, and other medical supplies.
Sport
The pitch of the local arena had long required the involvement of qualified specialists, but the local football team lacked the resources to address this need.
