Thanks to the joint programme of the Denys Paramonov Foundation and the EAST Tactical Medicine Center, gas workers in Kharkiv have been trained in tactical medicine
As gas workers always work with a high level of danger, they need to know how to provide quality and effective assistance in a critical situation.
During the tactical medical training, the gas service staff learned how to effectively use tourniquets to stop bleeding of any complexity. They also learned how to perform CPR and provide first aid in the event of loss of consciousness. At the end of the course, all Kharkiv Gas Service employees received certificates.
