Hanna Okhota from the SMK-SPORT boxing club has advanced to the quarterfinals of the World Championship

In the opening round of this prestigious tournament, she defeated Singaporean boxer Dahisha Mathialagan. Throughout the entire fight, Hanna Okhota showcased her high-level skills, even sending her opponent to the canvas with a knockdown. Ultimately, the judges’ decision secured Hanna’s place in the next stage of the competition.

Hanna Okhota, a boxer from the SMK-SPORT club funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, is representing Ukraine at the World Championship taking place in Liverpool, England

Ahead of the tournament, Hanna completed several intensive training camps to arrive at the Championship in top athletic form. In the ring, she will face some of the world’s best and strongest female boxers. We are keeping our fingers crossed for Hanna Okhota and wish her nothing but victories!

The SMK Sports Club won prize places at the European Club Championship in rowing sports, held in Serbia.

The SMK team, supported by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, competed in mixed-style boat races over a distance of 2000 meters, earning bronze, and also claimed silver in the open class over the same distance.
