Participants highlighted the unique competition format, which is not used in other tournaments. The races included 500 m and 2000 m distances in kayak and canoe events, as well as stand-up paddleboarding competitions. One of the crowd favorites was once again the «Dragon Boat» races featuring crews of 12 athletes. A large number of spectators gathered along the banks of the Ros River, where the competitions took place.

Participants praised the festival for its outstanding level of organization. Oleksii Kryvosheiev, Director of the «Zmina» Youth Sports School of the Bila Tserkva City Council, noted that thanks to the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, the rowing school in Bila Tserkva has been revived, as children now have everything they need for training. During the festival, students of the rowing school, which is fully funded by the Foundation, won numerous victories and prize places. All winners received valuable gifts from the Kyiv Meat Processing Plant, a long-standing and reliable partner of the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.
