Athletes from “Halychanka” Handball Club, sponsored by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, became European champions as part of Ukraine’s U17 national team

Five players from “Halychanka” represented Ukraine at the U17 European Championship, which was held in Georgia.

«We congratulate the young “Halychanka” handball players on winning gold medals at EURO 2025! A special mention goes to Vanessa Lakatosh, who was named the best left back of the European tournament. Over the course of three months, athletes from the SMK-SPORT sports sections, which are fully funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, won more than 60 medals of various types

These include boxers training at SMK-SPORT clubs in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Sumy, and the village of Shchaslyve in Kharkiv Region, as well as athletes from the rowing school in Bila Tserkva, which was revived and is fully funded by the Foundation.
