FC NIKA SMK, whose president is philanthropist Denys Paramonov, secured a hard-fought victory in the Kharkiv Region Football Championship

In the fifth round of the competition, the team faced FC Pisochyn away from home. The first half ended in favor of the home side, who scored the opening goal.

After the break, NIKA SMK demonstrated remarkable determination and delivered football of the highest quality.

The team pulled one goal back in the 49th minute. The decisive moment of the match was a five-minute period in the second half, when NIKA SMK scored three goals between the 73rd and 78th minutes, making the score 4–1 in its favor.

In stoppage time, FC Pisochyn pulled two goals back, but the hosts could do no more — NIKA SMK earned three points.

After five rounds of the championship, the team has accumulated 12 points and remains among the league’s leaders.

The Foundation received the corresponding request from the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
