The Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation organized first aid courses for employees of KSP “Inzhenerni Merezhi” and KP «Misksvitlo» in Kharkiv

Experienced instructors from the EAST Tactical Medical Center taught them how to provide first aid in critical situations before an ambulance arrives. This primarily concerns situations when a person’s airways are blocked, as well as cases involving massive bleeding or limb fractures. Employees of municipal services face such problems almost every day when, as part of emergency crews, they are called out to deal with the consequences of critical situations.

Thanks to the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, a series of first aid training sessions for employees of Kharkiv’s housing and utilities sector is continuing

This time, the training was attended by representatives of the Municipal Enterprise “Zhytlokomservice.” The courses enabled them to acquire completely new skills that will help them provide first aid to injured people when necessary. Employees of the enterprise are very often part of emergency response teams that deal with the aftermath of critical situations in the city. In such moments, people with various injuries need a tourniquet applied as quickly as possible, wound packing performed, or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) administered. All these types of first aid are covered during the training sessions conducted by experienced specialists from the EAST Tactical Medical Center.

Thanks to the Foundation, a series of first-aid training sessions was held. Experienced specialists from the EAST Tactical Medical Center are teaching employees of Kharkiv’s housing and communal services system how to provide first aid so that, even before an ambulance arrives, they can apply a medical tourniquet to an injured person or stop massive bleeding.

Representatives of the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation attended the celebrations marking the first school bell at the newly built underground school in the Nemyshlianskyi District of Kharkiv

The new educational institution was officially opened by Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov together with Tetiana Myronenko, Head of the Administration of the Nemyshlianskyi District. At the invitation of the city authorities, Iryna Litkevych, President of the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, attended the celebration at the school.
