Educational Process to Reach a New Level: Philanthropist Denys Paramonov Presents Modern Devices to Schools in Bila Tserkva
Schools in Bila Tserkva received multifunction printers as a gift from the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation and Kyiv Meat Processing Plant ahead of City Day. The new equipment will significantly improve the material and technical facilities of the educational institutions.
Most schools in Bila Tserkva have long needed modern multifunction printers that perform the functions of a printer, scanner, and photocopier. The Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, together with Kyiv Meat Processing Plant, presented more than 30 such devices worth nearly 800,000 UAH to educational institutions.
“We congratulate all the residents of Bila Tserkva on City Day! In addition to kind words and best wishes, we decided to give truly useful and much-needed gifts,” said philanthropist and founder of SMK Group Denys Paramonov. “Most schools in Bila Tserkva have long needed modern equipment for printing, scanning, and copying. The multifunction printers we purchased in cooperation with our partner, Kyiv Meat Processing Plant, will benefit all school students every day. Caring for children and their development is an important part of the work of socially responsible businesses and our Charity Foundation. By investing in the development of schools today, we are laying the foundation for our country’s prosperity in the future.”
The new modern equipment will significantly improve the quality of the educational process in schools in Bila Tserkva, opening up new opportunities for both students and teachers.
“Our city has a fairly well-developed network of educational institutions, and, of course, assistance in the form of peripheral equipment will also contribute to the development of our educational process,” — Acting Mayor of Bila Tserkva Volodymyr Vovkotrub commented on the handover of the multifunction printers.
He also noted that the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation had breathed new life into the development of rowing.
“Over the relatively short three years that the Foundation has been helping us and effectively sponsoring our team, supporting coaches and students, we have achieved significant results. We have European champions,” said Vovkotrub.
The Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, together with Kyiv Meat Processing Plant, is systematically working to develop Bila Tserkva. Thanks to this cooperation, the local rowing school was revived and is fully funded by the Foundation, where children can practice their favorite sport completely free of charge. Previously, the Foundation also helped renovate the Technological and Economic Vocational College in Bila Tserkva and purchased 150 soft chairs for the shelter at the Bila Tserkva Collegium.
More recently, the Foundation fully renovated the assembly hall in the building of the Bila Tserkva District Police Department, where ceremonial events for personnel are held. Work is currently nearing completion on the installation of the Skovoroda Fountain in the Pishchanyi district, which was donated to the city by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation. Thanks to the Foundation, landscaping work is also being carried out in the square, where a sculpture is being installed. In addition, Kyiv Meat Processing Plant provides jobs with decent salaries for residents of Bila Tserkva.

The project was created by Gabriel Mykhailov, historian and researcher of the city’s history Maksym Rosenfeld, and photographer Volodymyr Bysov. The photo album «Kharkiv — Hero City» was published in a print run of 1,000 copies. As part of its Cultural_Code program, the Foundation allocated 100,000 UAH for these purposes.
