We are talking about the Patron Pet Center for Stray Animals in Kyiv. After the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station was blown up in the early summer of 2023, one and a half hundred four-legged animals were sent to this shelter. In the same summer of 2023, the employees of the SMK Group collected more than 30,000 UAH to help animals affected by the hydroelectric power plant explosion. The money was used to acquire a special treadmill for the rehabilitation of animals, with the help of the Denys Paramonov Foundation.
"This treadmill enabled the rehabilitation of many animals that had suffered in the Kherson region in the summer of 2023. However, after these animals were rehabilitated, the treadmill was used for all the animals that came to the Patron Pet Center. So, without exaggeration, thanks to this treadmill, the animals have the opportunity to start their lives from scratch," - in the Denys Paramonov Foundation noted.
Ours
Charity became part of my life gradually. As my business grew, I began supporting people whenever I saw a need—providing direct assistance, helping athletes, and backing cultural initiatives. At first, these efforts were occasional rather than systematic. There was no long-term strategy, no structured programs or clear priorities. But the scale of our support kept growing, and eventually it became clear that it was time to build something more. That happened in 2020. On July 30, I founded the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation.
Our news
Despite the ongoing security threats in Kyiv, the Center’s highly skilled medical team continues to fight for the lives and health of the most critically ill patients, ensuring uninterrupted treatment and diagnostic care. The hospital’s management asked the Foundation to provide external protective shutters for the building’s windows.
Sport
The intensive program allows them to sharpen their skills as they prepare for the Ukrainian Youth Canoe Sprint Championships.
