The Denys Paramonov Foundation visited Zabavne, Levkivka and Ivanivka in Izium district for the second time to provide assistance to local residents.
These three villages were under occupation for almost six months in 2022, which had a significant impact on the psychological state of their inhabitants. At the time, people had to spend weeks in cellars for safety.
“We visited Levkivka, Zabavne and Ivanivka in May last year to help people. Since then, little has changed. There is almost no work here, and the people are surviving only due to their own farms, which have decreased significantly since 24 February 2022. So, we came back to help the locals. The main thing is that they are all full of hope for the best,”- in the Foundation noted.
In total, 400 people from these villages received assistance.
