Students of the rowing school in Bila Tserkva win prizes at the Ukrainian Championship

The Ukrainian Championship for boys and girls born between 2009 and 2012 has recently come to an end.

Particular attention was drawn to the mixed canoe four event. In the 200-meter race, Varvara Hrabova, Anastasiia Pankratova, and Tymur Perushko, representing the rowing school in Bila Tserkva, along with Roman Harmash from Kharkiv, secured second place.

In addition, other athletes from the Bila Tserkva rowing school ranked among the top five in various events of the Championship. This is an invaluable experience for the young rowers — congratulations to all of them!

Over the course of three months, athletes from the SMK-SPORT sports sections, which are fully funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, won more than 60 medals of various types

These include boxers training at SMK-SPORT clubs in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Sumy, and the village of Shchaslyve in Kharkiv Region, as well as athletes from the rowing school in Bila Tserkva, which was revived and is fully funded by the Foundation.
