The coaches of the rowing school in Bila Tserkva, funded by the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation, have become world champions as part of the Ukrainian national team
The Dragon Boat World Championship is currently taking place in Brandenburg, Germany.
The Ukrainian team, competing in the so-called "mixed" category—comprising five men and five women—performed brilliantly in the 2000-meter race and claimed the world champion title. Among the crew were Olena Skvortsova and Mykola Verkhovetskyi, who serve as coaches at the Bila Tserkva rowing school.
“We congratulate Olena and Mykola on their outstanding achievements! The young rowers in Bila Tserkva have true role models to look up to, as their coaches—now world champions—inspire and motivate the next generation to reach new heights,” - in the Denys Paramonov Charity Foundation stated.

These include boxers training at SMK-SPORT clubs in Kharkiv, Bohodukhiv, Sumy, and the village of Shchaslyve in Kharkiv Region, as well as athletes from the rowing school in Bila Tserkva, which was revived and is fully funded by the Foundation.
