The brilliant exhibition about the unknown Kharkiv in the time of the outstanding Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda lasted for more than a month.
Many Kharkiv residents had the opportunity to get acquainted with the hitherto unknown cityscapes of Kharkiv almost 300 years ago.
For instance, the panorama of Kharkiv in 1759 caused a real sensation among the visitors, because this is exactly how Hryhorii Skovoroda saw the city when he first came here.
"The main goal of this exhibition was to show the citizens how Kharkiv looked like in the 18th century. It took a lot of hard work, because there are very few facts about what Kharkiv's buildings looked like almost 300 years ago. Archival and historical references were collected, as they say, bit by bit, and professional artists skilfully transformed them into engravings and drawings of ancient Kharkiv. We are proud to have organized such a cultural project, and therefore we will continue to develop the cultural heritage of Kharkiv," - in the Foundation noted.
Incidentally, during the exhibition copies of the books «Following Skovoroda Path. Slobidska Ukraine» and «Hryhorii Kvitka-Osnovianenko: from Osnova to Kharkiv» were distributed to visitors. These publications were published on the initiative of the Denys Paramonov Foundation.

The competition brought together almost 600 of the best athletes from all corners of the country, including 20 representatives of the school from Bila Tserkva — the trip to the tournament was fully funded by the Foundation.
