The exhibition 'Kharkiv by Skovoroda in Portraits and Cityscapes', held under the auspices of the Denys Paramonov Foundation, has aroused great interest among Kharkiv residents and guests of the city. Therefore, it was decided to extend the exhibition until 21 September, so that everyone could enjoy the engravings and drawings of Kharkiv in the 18th century, when the outstanding Ukrainian philosopher Hryhorii Skovoroda lived there.
For instance, the panorama of Kharkiv in 1759, when Skovoroda first came to the city, will certainly interest visitors. Incidentally, all the engravings of Kharkiv from that period are included in the book 'Skovoroda in the City of Wisdom Zacharopolis', recently published on the initiative of the Denys Paramonov Foundation.
You can visit the exhibition 'Kharkiv by Skovoroda in Portraits and Cityscapes' free of charge from Tuesday to Saturday from 12 PM to 6 PM at the Heinrich Semiradsky Art Gallery, 6 Maidan Svobody, Kharkiv.
