Tesla Model 3 to help pediatric hospitals: Denys Paramonov donates his second car to charity
The Denys Paramonov Foundation donates a Tesla Model 3 car to charity in order to support hospitals. In this way, Denys Paramonov, the founder of the Foundation, philanthropist wants to draw attention to the problems of medical institutions and show that everyone can join a good cause.
All the funds raised during the Tesla for a Donation campaign will be used to support Ukrainian hospitals, – in the Denys Paramonov Foundation note. Anyone who donates 500 UAH to the special account of the Foundation can take part in the raffle. The number of donations is unlimited and increases the participant’s chances of winning. The main prize of the campaign is a Tesla Model 3 car of the future, which will be presented to the winner by Denys Paramonov, the founder of the Foundation.
It has become a good tradition of the Denys Paramonov Foundation to support Ukrainian medical institutions. Over the course of the programme, more than 340 hospitals in 20 regions of Ukraine have been provided with expensive modern equipment.
“The Foundation spends a lot of its budget to equip medical institutions with the necessary supplies. Such events help to increase the result. The raffle of an elite Bentley car, which I donated to charity on my own initiative, helped to raise 2.7 million UAH in just two weeks and meet the needs of ten medical institutions,” - says Denys Paramonov, philanthropist and founder of the Foundation. “Thanks to the new equipment, not a single life has already been saved! So, it is very important to draw attention to the problems of medical institutions, to show that you don't need to be an oligarch to join a good cause, everyone can do it.”
The Tesla Model 3 raffle will take place on 1 June on International Children's Day, and all donations from the participants will be used to purchase ultramodern medical equipment for hospitals, primarily pediatric ones.
It should be reminded that thanks to the Foundation's first car raffle campaign “Donate to Hospitals - Drive a Bentley”, which took place in the summer of 2023, the Denys Paramonov Foundation raised more than 2.7 million UAH. Back then, the winner of the campaign was Oleksandr Veresklia from Odesa, who won a luxury Bentley car donated by Denys Paramonov.
We managed to equip ten medical institutions from different regions of Ukraine thanks to the donations from the participants. Moreover, a lot of equipment for special orders came from abroad. For instance, the Denys Paramonov Foundation donated a diagnostic microscope worth almost 500,000 UAH to the Mykolaiv Regional Clinical Dental Hospital and a multifunctional operating table to the Perinatal Centre in Sumy. Thanks to the Foundation, the Yuzhnoukrainsk City Multidisciplinary Hospital in Mykolaiv region now has a modern device for screening newborns' hearing and two high-frequency electrosurgical devices.
