Not long ago, Khrystyna Yushchuk won first place in the Ukrainian Boxing Championship for athletes under the age of 22.
Recently, the training camp of the Ukrainian women's under-22 national boxing team ended in Tysivka, Lviv region. Before the camp, Khrystyna was elected team captain.
“Khrystyna represents the SMK-SPORT team, and she was called to the training camp with the national team after winning the Ukrainian Championship, in which she participated with the support of the Denys Paramonov Foundation,” - Vitalii Volovyk, Khrystyna Yushchuk's coach noted.
The training camp lasted from 16 to 30 June. It is one of the stages of preparation for the European Championships, which will be held in Sofia in October 2024.
“Every day at the camp was planned almost to the minute. Three training sessions a day: sparring or training with a coach, as well as working on simulators. There was also time for recovery sessions.” - Vitalii Volovyk points out.
